Where we ship

We currently ship to countries within the European Union.
If you’re outside the EU (UK, CH, NO, etc.), please contact us at support@molotko.eu and we’ll try to help.

Processing time

  • Ready-to-ship items: dispatch within 24 hours on business days (Mon–Fri).

  • Personalised / made-to-order items: add 1–2 business days for production.
    You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (when available) as soon as your order leaves our workshop.

Delivery times (estimate)

  • EU standard shipping: 3–10 business days

  • EU express (if available at checkout): 1–7 business days
    Actual transit times depend on the carrier and destination, especially around holidays.

Shipping rates

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight and service.

  • Free EU shipping on orders from €70 (after discounts).

Packaging

We pack all items securely. Many products include a gift pouch; larger orders may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost.

Address changes

Entered the wrong address? Email support@molotko.eu immediately. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll update it. If it’s already with the carrier, we’ll do our best but can’t guarantee changes.

Missed deliveries & returns to sender

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect, we can reship it; additional postage may apply.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order arrives damaged or you believe it’s lost:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and item (for damage).

  2. Contact us at support@molotko.eu within 7 days of delivery (or within 20 business days from dispatch if not delivered).
    We’ll open a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Customs, VAT & duties

Orders shipped within the EU normally do not incur customs duties. If you’re outside the EU, local taxes/duties (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.

Pre-orders / backorders

If an item is on pre-order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll show the expected ship date on the product page and in your order confirmation.
